So we hit our "due date" today.
I don't expect D to make his debut today and I didn't honestly expect that he would already be here so I'm not too upset or disappointed.
Do I want him here? Yeah! I think that I have made it pretty clear that I cannot wait to meet him. But, I know that he will come when he is good a ready, and I figure that this is just the very beginning preparation for getting used to being on HIS schedule vs him being on MINE.
So rather than being annoyed or feeling sorry for myself that I am going to be "over due" I am just going to take whatever time I have left and make it ME time to do whatever I want. I'll probably pig out on some junk food, watch some movies uninterrupted, do some baking, nap! Just actually take time to try and enjoy however much longer I will be pregnant.
I do have a a strong feeling at this moment that Friday will be the day but that could be for a few different reasons.
1) Daniel and pretty much the rest of my family have said February 10th for his arrival since knowing I was pregnant.
2)My next Dr appointment is not till this Thursday, I plan to ask for my membranes to be stripped (again) and my guess is that may help with convincing D to get moving and come greet the world! Also since I will be "over due" at my appointment they already have a NST planned just to make sure that everything is still all good in there with him.
3) Star Wars-Episode 1 is being re-released in theaters in 3D and Daniel is dieing to go see it that day. So why would he not be born that day.
It's just a waiting game from here on out.

A letter while waiting for you
Dear baby boy.So here we are.
I can't believe that I am just a few days away from holding you in my arms. Your daddy and I really can not wait to meet you and I know that everybody else is anxious for your arrival as well.
I can't wait to see what you look like, what color your eyes are, if you look more like me or dad or a good mix of the both of us. I can't wait to give you lots and lots of kisses, just hold you as long as I want, and watch you peacefully sleep.
I'm excited to see how amazing your daddy is with you. He always smiles when he talks to or about you and his eyes just light up with so much love. He really is going to be the best daddy that you could ever ask for.
It's almost hard to believe that over 9 months have passed since you were first conceived. The time sure has flown by and that makes me a little sad because I realize just how quickly it will fly by and how fast you will be growing up once you get here.
Part of me wants you to just stay little forever so I never have to let go, but I can not wait to see you grow up and experience things on your own and just become an amazing little man like your daddy is.
We're all ready and waiting for you.
Love you so much baby boy!

Our 39 week appointment
So yesterday I had my 39 week appointment.
This time it was with my actual OB. Nothing all that special the usual pee in a cup to check for protection, weigh in, blood pressure, get to the room and strip down to be inspected.
I had made a little bit of progress from last week. She said that I was measuring 2cm dilated, 80% effaced, and his head is still at -2 station. I ended up deciding to ask her to strip my membranes, it was uncomfortable but nothing horrible. And while having it done did not send me into labor I did have more cervical progression changes.
I had lost a large snotty looking chunk of my mucus plug on Tuesday evening and yesterday a few hours after my appointment I lost more and had "bloody show" with it as well. Then last night around 3 when I woke up I had lost a lot more. It's pretty gross but cool because it means that at least something is going on. I've still not had any noticeable contractions but my back is killing me, and I've been having consistently light cramping that doesn't stop in my lower abs. My fingers are still crossed that he shows on/by Sunday but I wouldn't be surprised if we go into next week.
Oh well he will be here soon enough! I just can't wait to meet him!

39 weeks!
One week to go?! Maybe.
We're in single digit days now of our hopeful arrival day, so either way we're very very close!
I'm getting anxious/excited for him to get here, and just meet him.
Daniel has been very anxious about his arrival as well.
Every time I sigh, look mildly uncomfortable, or well just about do anything these days he's asking me if I'm okay, or if I am going into labor.
I think he's ready for this show to get on the road too.
It's just a matter of when...
I am having a lot of pelvic pressure today (and last night), it was very difficult finding a position to sleep in for long. So hopefully that means that more progress is happening with my cervix and what not.
Guess we will find out at my appointment on Wednesday.
We're ready and waiting for you D!
In other "news" Daniel and I went on a picnic for lunch. Nice middle of the winter weather we have here isn't it? It was in the high 70's with a very slight breeze. Good for summer weather but not so much winter. I can't imagine what summer will be like this year if it's already this warm out.
Lunch: Individually jarred sweet tea, chips, apples, sandwiches, peanut butter, and carrots. My "country" get up.

Just a little bit of progress
Yesterday I actually had some noticeable contractions (pressure wave). They caught me off guard each time and took my breath away for a moment, but I quickly used my relaxation techniques from Hypnobabies and just let it come. They weren't anything long, about 20-30 seconds and I only had hmm maybe 10 all day. We also went for a long walk to Starbucks. It was quite amusing to me I noticed that when I was experiencing a "pressure wave" my walking slowed down immensely! And after it had passed my speed picked up again.
This morning I had another Dr appointment. Since I was having a few "pressure waves" yesterday and a lot more pelvic floor pressure I decided to allow for a cervical check to take place just to see what was going on. Honestly knowing dilation and effacement isn't important. Just because you are at 3cm and 50% effaced does not mean that you will be going into active birthing mode soon, but it is cool to say "hey once that active stage hits at least that is blank number of centimeters that I will not have to progress through". That said I'm at 1cm dilated, 70% effaced, and I think he's at -2 station. (I was able to use my relaxation techniques during the exam so I didn't really even feel anything, where as most women say that it is uncomfortable and they feel a lot of pressure) My Dr could feel his head right there and easily, which made me glad because I had still been worried that he wasn't fully head down. So things are right on track for having a happy healthy baby!Breastfeeding class tonight. No idea what to expect with it but it should at least be informative.

38 weeks!
Happy Chinese New Year! It's the year of the (water) dragon. Daniel and I have had our fingers crossed that D would hold out on coming till at least today so he would be a dragon, just like his daddy. Yay for listening!
My oh my, two weeks to go. It's hard to believe that it's so close. It's really anybodies guess as to when he will make his debut. He's still ever so slowly gaining more baby fat but I have no clue how much he might even possibly weigh at this point. Which part of me is glad about because if I did know and he was "measuring big" I might start freaking out about having to birth a "big baby" and consider being induced early "to avoid him getting too big". Which I don't want either of (the induction or the fear).
As weird as it sounds I am at the point right now where I look forward to giving birth, it's exciting and unknown. Sure a little scary because when you don't know what you are getting into you are just nervous but I believe that the mind is powerful and that you can set yourself up for success by having a positive outlook vs a often negative one.
Since my last appointment and tattling on D to the Dr about being much more lazy than he usually had been, he has decided to become much more active again. So there has been a lot more rolling and pushing his knees and feet out. Which daddy loves because he gets to play the "grab the feet game".
I can't wait for him to get here and for that next chapter to get started.

37 week bump!
And here is the 37 weeks bump picture. Sometimes I still laugh because I feel like it looks like I just stuck a basketball or that fake belly up under my shirt. However the crazy active little man trying to bust out my belly reminds me that nope it's not fake.Believe it or not I still feel pretty good. Not too big or over stretched for the most part unless I am trying to get out of bed in the evening to go pee, then I feel like a turtle stuck on it's back. I can tell though that over the next few weeks or day or however much longer he will be cooking will become uncomfortable as he really, really starts to drop, I'll survive though!
Full Term!
37 weeks means that D is now full term and could come at any time. But he's already been told several times that he is not allowed to till the 23rd or later! I think that he'll listen and stay put...till his due date or even later! Hopefully not later though I don't want to have to deal with my Dr trying to push induction or anything like that.
According to web pages D weighs about 6.5 pounds and measures a little over 19 inches, which is about the length of a Swiss chard. If he is going to be born with hair then he's got it by now!
For the first time last night I actually had noticeable braxton hicks contraction (aka practice contraction) I know that I have had them previously in the second trimester and more recently but they were not anything that I noticed unless I was sitting there "looking" for them. Nope last night I felt these ones, they weren't frequent so I wasn't worried at all about actually going into labor but they did make it more difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep in, and Daniel kept stealing my pillows that I had built up into a fort around me.
Daniel and I met up with a friend (who lives far up north) yesterday. She and her daughter were down to spend time with the little girls dad who is stationed down here. She had some newborn sized diapers for me and a beautiful Petunia Pickle Bottom "Morning in Mumbia" clutch diaper bag! I love it! It's small, well much smaller than a size I would have chosen myself but Daniel says that's a good thing because I already tend to "over pack". So a small bag will make me just take the things that we WILL need. This will be good for small/short outings like going to church or dinner for the evening. For longer outings we will have Daniels Star Wars Daddy bag!
So here we are 3 weeks to go. Another appointment on Thursday but this week actually looks like it will be pretty mellow, guess I should it enjoy it while I still can!

36 weeks!
One week away from full term!
4 weeks or 28 days left in our count down but as I've been saying D could and will come whenever he wants.
However there are still 2 weeks till I am ok with him coming, we have to make it till at least the 23rd. February would still be preferred because then I would be able to finish up my last few weeks working with the Jr High program as planned. But lets be realistic how often do things actually go as planned?
D's kick, rolls, and punches are getting even stronger and more painful. He's gaining about an ounce a day now, but I have no idea how much he possibly weighs at this point. But Thursday we have an appointment and will have scan done to see if he is head down and approximately how much he weighs. So hopefully I will have a picture or two to post after that appointment.

35 weeks! & Anne Geddes winner!
First congratulations to our Anne Geddes Beginnings giveaway winner-Elle Nguyen! I've sent you an email notification with instructions so you can receive your prize. Thank you all who entered, there will be another giveaway starting this weekend so be sure to check back on Saturday to see what it is!
Well here we are.
35 weeks down and 35 days to go!It makes me giggle that it's 35/35. The next 5 weeks are going to scream by and before we know it D will be here! I have to be honest when we first found out that we were pregnant again part of me never believed that we would make it to this point, but God is amazing. Weekly Dr appointments start this Thursday and are pretty much ever Thursday after that. We have breastfeeding and baby basics classes coming up this month as well.
Baby's hospital bag is packed! Mine isn't quite yet but I do have a list all ready to go so either Daniel or I can just throw the things I will need into it. I also have my birth plan all written out and ready to review with my Dr. Oh but back to the bag... For D I have two different outfits picked out, one to wear while in our 24 hour hospital stay and the other to wear home. I have cloth diapers packed up as well. I have a cute fitted for going home and pre-folds with covers for while in the hospital.
Daniel and I are still working on our at home Hypnobabies study. It's coming along much slower than I was hoping, but so far I am still enjoying what I have read and find it very motivating.
I am still feeling really well at this point. Or well not so great today because it appears as though I have a bad cold which is making me all stuffy, achy, and sleepy and all I want to do is go sit in a nice hot tub that will turn me into a raisin but I can't do that. But as far as the pregnancy goes I'm still doing great! Daniel and I have been going on more walks just to keep me a little more active and get some fresh air. I can't wait for when we go on walks and carry D around with us (you know not in my "tummy").

I swallowed a beach ball!
It's crazy how big of a difference just a few weeks can make in belly size. Looking at pictures from 28 weeks and then 33 weeks my belly really grew and really rounded out. Like I hadn't noticed till, umm probably yesterday when I was working on scrapbook pages. See the difference?
Wow crazy big! Just a few more days till 35 weeks and a more up to date belly shot.

34 weeks! and Christmas recap!
Just a month and a half till we hit our "due date". This whole weekend has been so busy. Christmas Eve we went to my cousins house for a family get together. We all just hung out catching up, eating, let all the kids open up some presents, and then did a "White Elephant" game for the adults. It was a lot of fun and definitely nice to see family because even though we all live so close to each other we never get together for one reason or another.
Christmas morning I was actually the first one up at 6:30 and realized that I had left my bag with my camera in it at my cousins the night before. So I woke Daniel up, called my cousins, and went to pick it up before anybody else got up (I am currently the only one with a working camera). When we got home just as the rest of the family was starting to come down stairs. We went through our stockings and started getting breakfast ready then after eating our yummy cinnamon roll breakfast we went back and started opening up presents.Steven and Rozlyn's stockings
Everybody loved everything they got for Christmas and surprisingly there was a lot of gifts for everybody.
My sister got a Nook reader and some scary horror movies.
My brother got his very own lightsaber! He was so excited because now he doesn't have to borrow one from Daniel.
My dad got a new leather jacket and Daniel and I got home a "gift box" of different German themed treats.
I'm not sure what my moms favorite thing that she got was but I know that we got her some cool pink bunny footsie pajamas that she wore all day after getting back from church.
I think that Daniels favorite gift was probably the complete Star Wars saga on blueray but he was also excited about the Ergo baby carrier that he got as well (and the daddy diaper bag).
D got a couple presents as well. Clothes, a stuffed toy, $50, and a nursing pillow so he will be nice and comfy. I'll have to put up some pictures later since I forgot to get some when I had his things in a pile.
After we were all finished opening presents and everybody was home from church we just hung out playing game, watching Christmas movies, munching on snacks, and watching football that evening. It was just an easy relaxing day of hanging out enjoying the time together. Yesterday my aunt/uncle, cousin and her husband come down and we had Christmas with them. Again it was just great to be able to hangout with family and have fun together.
Jack was my snuggle bug on Christmas and decided to take a nap on the couch with me. The dog got a bone half her size and wouldn't let anybody near it.
As for the baby. D was pretty lazy all day on Christmas. I think all the food, snacks, and sugars made him sleepy and lazy. Monday he was much more active and today he's just been on the move! Daniel and I started the at home hypnobabies study, so far I am really liking it and it's a very hands on interactive thing for dad which he likes because he feels helpful. Hopefully it will be very helpful during the birth and work well for me. I have a friend that just had her son a little over a month ago and she did hypnobabies and had a fantastic birth. I'm praying I'll be just as lucky!
I have no appointments this week which is nice since it's just been go go go for the last month, but starting in January I have at least one Dr appointment each week, as well as a couple of classes mixed in there so it's going to be a(nother) busy month leading up to his arrival!

32 weeks!
8 months.
8 down 2 to go! Daniel and I were talking last night and suddenly he stopped and was like "It just occurred to me that you could really go into labor at any point now!"
It's definitely true, but hopefully he stays put till at least mid January when he would be considered full term as to avoid any health problems. Daniel is still convinced that his birthday will be February 10th but I'm not so sure.
Officially at 32 weeks I have come to that point in pregnancy where I do not want anybody touching me.
Daniel is the only exception, as well as my Dr but that's only because I have to allow that. But I am still annoyed with her at the time and thinking "gosh just hurry up". But really I do not want people touching me. No belly rubbing, no hugs, no nothing. I noticed that I started to become annoyed with it very mildly when the third trimester started but since a couple more weeks have gone by and I am becoming increasingly more uncomfortable on a daily basis I really just don't want anything to do with anybody. If that makes sense. I also notice that sleep is becoming a more difficult thing to obtain. I can not find a comfortable position to sleep in and all that peeing that I escaped during the first and second trimester...yeah it caught up with me.
I kid you not I am up every hour and a half to two hours to use the restroom and my bladder is always FULL! I don't know where it's all coming from.
D is still pretty darn active which I love but it's starting to hurt as he just continues to get bigger and stronger and run out of room. I think he knows it too because I swear he tries to stretch out sideways to expand his space. Little booger. It's so crazy to watch. Daniel and I will just watch and he shifts all his weight from one side to the other. He does favor my right side though and loves to get those little toes up in my ribs, though today it has been his little butt that he has been trying to push up there. Lucky for me though he doesn't particularly like to be messed with so if I just poke at him a bit he will usually move, but sometimes he's super stubborn and is like "nope this is my spot".
It's hard to believe that Christmas is just a couple weeks away and so exciting to think that next year this time we will have a little 10 month old running around getting into everything!
Keep on growing little boy, love you bunches!

31 weeks!
We are in single digit weeks count down now with about 9 weeks to go! Little man keeps getting bigger and bigger we should (apparently) be having an ultrasound towards the end of the month with my Dr to see how his growth is doing but that will be at 33 weeks, this week D is about 17 inches in length and could be close to or more than 4 pounds! See just getting bigger and bigger!
I am still trying to decide if I want to have one last elective 3/4D ultrasound done. My Dr's office doesn't routinely do them and I would love to see his face again, but with only 9 (ish) weeks left till he will be here part of me thinks we may as well just wait...then again it would be cool to have one last picture and when he gets here see just how accurate it is. Decisions decisions.
So now that we are in single digit weeks, with 62 days to go, I amazingly feel less anxious thinking forward about his arrival than I did last week or even the couple weeks before that. Which surprises me, but I am sure that over the next couple weeks it will return and I will start getting anxious and running around freaking out that things aren't ready and I need more time, etc.
I can't wait for the end of next week!
Why? Well because once Friday hits Daniel will be done with his finals/classes and I will finally have some time with him before classes start up again and things REALLY get crazy. It feels like I haven't seen him at all lately which makes me unhappy, first thing we are going to do once he gets out of his Friday morning class is go to Disneyland! It will probably be one of the last times we go since walking/standing for long periods of time is becoming increasingly more difficult and well that's all you do at Disneyland.

Maternity Photos (in studio)
These are my favorite pictures from our maternity shoot this morning. I am planning to use one of the below pictures for our Christmas cards but don't know which one to choose. We had a lot of fun with our photographer, there were not too many pictures that I actually liked which was a huge bummer to me but at least I have 10 that I really like and such is the way of photography. You take over a hundred pictures and have just a few that are actually worth something, but those end up being the truly great ones. (Just a couple days till we hit 31 weeks, maybe I will have something interesting to post then.)

30 weeks!
10 weeks to go!
I had an appointment with my actual OB this morning (not my midwife who I typically see). It was just a regular check in; weight, blood pressure, doppler, measure, the usual. Fundal height (how big the uterus is) appears to be right on track, and as usual when the doppler was placed to listen to D's heartbeat he went "running" so the Dr had to keep chasing him. His heart beat is still hold strong at 140 beats per minute. He was really active during the appointment and kept pushing part out so the Dr felt around and said that he is still head down so that's his little butt that he was pushing out there. I was actually glad to hear that since I was convinced he was turned sideways as I get kicks and punches on both sides at the same time. Dr said that they can flip around and around several times with in a matter of minutes so while he is head down now after lunch he could flip and then flip back again. It's all fine with me so long as once I am in labor he is head down and ready to go!
I was able to talk to her and ask a few questions that I had concerning birthing at the hospital. I made it clear that we had wanted to use a birth center but Kaiser would not cover a penny of it so that sadly took it out of the cards, but I still wanted to have a natural unmedicated birthing experience. She said that the staff should be supportive of my choices and that if I have a birth plan already written up (which I do) to bring it in for her to review and make sure that everything would be fine with hospital policy. As I had long suspected Kaiser does rotations of the L&D Dr's. Meaning that it's a 99% sure thing that I will not have my OB or my midwife there during the birth, it will just be whatever Dr happens to be on rotation that day.
On one hand I am fine with this because really it seems all the Dr does is come in and check from time to time then catch the baby (which we plan to have Daniel to anyways so that takes that "job" away from them). So most of the interaction is between you and the nurses on the clock during that time, but on the other hand I know that both my OB and my midwife are supportive of my choices/requests regarding birthing that I have already made vocal. This Dr on call may have something different in their head and make things slightly more difficult for me that I am hoping...but we will just have to wait and see. From talking with my OB it sounds like so long as there are no actual emergencies then they will stick to my plan.
It's really crazy that this is the last double digit week in the count down. It's all just flying by so fast and it keeps hitting me than in just about 10 weeks our little man will be here! It trips me out so bad. There is actually going to be this little human that we are responsible for 24/7. And I think oh my gosh what if I can't handle it, what if I just suck at being his mom. I was telling Daniel the other night that a small part of me wished he would stay put because it's so much easier to take care of him in there. He laughed at me and said by mid January I will be getting tired of being pregnant and just ready for him to be here.
Seriously though I can't seem to fully wrap my mind around it.
I mean see the crib and dresser all set up with his clothes, diapers, and other things just sitting there waiting for him to get here. And I can not wait to hold him and kiss him and just stare at his beautiful face but I still can't believe that it has gone by so quickly. Luckily I am not alone in "freaking out that it's so close and not feeling ready", even second, third, or more time moms have all said that they just can't believe it either and are getting anxious about it being so close.

29 weeks!
Oh goodness I totally thought about making this post earlier today when I was on but apparently never got started. Well we're at the 29 week mark! 11 weeks to go which ends up being only 77 days! As said in each weekly post update time is just flying! Thanksgiving is this week (actually in just a few more days!) Our maternity photo shoot is the first weekend in December, last minute Christmas preparations, and then Christmas and New Years!
Oh yeah Daniel got his hair cut this last weekend. And here we are at my cousins wedding. Right before hitting 29 weeks. Yes I wore heels!
Daniel and I must be nuts because we are thinking of heading to Target at midnight for Black Friday shopping. We will probably not end up going because it would be so early/late and there will be so many psychotic people (I think it was last year that people were trampled when doors opened) but never the less we are currently thinking of heading there to check out if they have any crazy good deals on baby/kids clothes.
Yesterday we had Daniels "I Am Your Father" party. It was just a chance for he and his friends to get together and for them to say "congrats". There was hotdogs, chips, drinks, sweets/cake, and football! There was a lot of talking, laughing, and just acting like guys going on so I think that they enjoyed themselves. I wish I had been able to get pictures but my camera battery was dead so sadly I didn't get any. Bummer but oh well.
Nothing new with getting the room ready. Except the cats who totally ignored the crib the first few days if it being up have now claimed it as their own. It's really cute seeing them snuggling in it but I am going to have to find a way to get them out of it without kicking them out of the room. I know that with my moms daycare kids they would just hop into the sleeping areas when the kids were not there but when the kids were they wanted nothing to do with it so hopefully it will work out like that but if not I will just have to look into one of those mesh tent things. But at least I still find them sleeping on the couch more than anything else so that's a good thing.Jack approves of the crib and the Star Wars sheets.

Nursery in progress
Yay we finally started working on the nursery! I am pretty excited about it. i kept bugging Daniel about it yesterday but he said no not till today. So the crib ishttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif now set up and the bedding is sitting in it looking pretty, next we have to patch up the couple holes in the wall (from old shelves) and paint! After that we'll get the new shelves put up and D's Star Wars toy decor on them! It will definitely look great when it's all finished, I ordered a few things yesterday (bobble head to go with the one we already have and this sick Wampa rug that I have wanted for a long time but had no reason to get till now!)
Obviously full pictures will be up when we are completely done with it but here are pictures of today's progress.Dad getting started on setting up the crib!
Halfway done
The last crew going in
And complete!
Bottom sheet that I "made". I need to decide on making bumpers or not.
D's blanket and teddy bear that we made for him (and Dad's lightsaber)
Daniel is definitely stoked about it all, he has been telling me since we got married that he wanted to make his son's room Star Wars themed, at first I wasn't all for it but I'm glad that we are doing it now it's been fun finding stuff for it and seeing him enjoy setting things up.
Now to get him excited about fixing the wall and painting. Mission impossible-accepted!

Progress
I made a collage last night of bump pictures from 19 weeks when I first truly noticed a bump to yesterday at 28 weeks.
Sorry if the picture is super small for some reason when I upload the collage pictures they shrink down like crazy.
Also because I really like this picture from yesterday. Me and our kitten Abby; can't you just tell from the face she is making that she just loves getting kisses.
Today things start getting moved around more in preparation for setting up the crib and changing table! I was debating with myself yesterday if I should wait till after we paint the one wall that the crib will be up against but figured the floor is tile it will be easy enough to slide everything away from the wall and out of the way to paint it then just push it all back after the paint is dry, so nope here we go. I was hoping that we would actually get started on constructing the crib today but Daniel has so much going on that it will have to wait till either Thursday or just this weekend. But regardless of when we get started this or next week I will be sure to post pictures.

Third Trimester! & a Baby Shower!
I had my baby shower yesterday (may seem early to some but my out of state family [my side] was all here so it worked out!) and anyways it ended up being great!
I was super bummed out that morning though because so many of my friends messaged me last minute canceling on coming. So yeah it bummed me out because I just really wanted all my friends to be there and celebrate with me and share in my joy. But oh well things happen and about 20 or so people still showed and we all had a really great time. We hung out for a bit just chatting and eating then we played a few games, opened a few presents, did a raffle giveaway, played another game, then went back to cake and presents.Wine basket for raffle
Pasta basket
Coffee basket
Game prizes
Thank You favors for guests!
I feel so incredibly blessed, we got so much stuff that even though I had it on my registry I never expected to get it. Like we are set on those big basic things that you need. Some of the presents that we were blessed to have been given!
We got a pack n play, baby tub spa (didn't even register for it just a really basic one), vibrating swing, boppy/covers, high chair, some crazy gift cards, clothes/blankets, and the convertible car seat we had wanted(seriously never expected to have anybody get that for us!)
Even crazier is I only had two duplicate things (one onsie set and one boppy cover). Most people can't say that and end up having to exchange a ton of things.
The baby bath spa
Opening up more gifts
Swing from Daniel's parents & the large stack of things I had already opened
I was so surprised that we received the convertible car seat we had registered for!
My out of state friends messaged me as well saying that there wished that they could be there to celebrate but that they had sent off a gift for D and it should be getting here soon, so I have even more to look forward to. Seriously I feel so blessed!
Now I just need to reorganize things (again) and find homes for all this stuff, and I finally get to start working on our "nursery". Daniel wouldn't let me start till after the shower, so looks like next month I will be getting paint and starting on that! So exciting.
And now here we are, 28 weeks pregnant and in the third and final trimester! About 12 weeks to go till D should be making his arrival and as I always say it's going to go by so fast! As soon as I fix myself up and get out of my PJs I will have Daniel take a bump picture for me to put up.
